Parent-teacher conferences for lower school families will take place on Friday, April 18. There will be no school for all students, K-12, on Friday.

 

Parents of lower school students can begin to schedule their conferences today. Appointments with lower school homeroom teachers are 20 minutes each and 10 minutes with specialists with a 5-minute travel break between slots. Please note: Katie Koglin and Jamin Eldredge have a shortened day due to musical rehearsal. In the event that all slots are taken for a teacher with whom you would like to meet, please reach out to the individual teacher to make an appointment for another day.

 

Short-term child care will be available all day on a drop-off basis for lower school students (either in the LS gym or outside on the LS playground (depending on the weather) during the time that you are here for your conferences. 

 

Please log onto the school website and select the "Resources" tab at the top of the page and click on the "Pick-A-Time, Parent-Teacher Conference" post. This will open a page with your child's name and the names of your child’s teachers. Select the color-coded block with your preferred meeting time for a particular teacher and click "Create Appointment". The Pick-A-Time system will close on Thursday, April 17 at 3:00 pm. If you need help logging onto the website or have any difficulties setting up your appointments, please call the school at 508-428-5400 and ask for Carol Williams or Katie Newhall.

We are excited to celebrate our Annual Multicultural Luncheon on April 30! This is a highly anticipated school-wide event, and parent participation is critical in making it a success. Please let us know if you would be interested in bringing food from your culture or a dish to share at the event. We also need parent volunteers for set up, food distribution, and clean up. Please use the form below to indicate how you would like to participate in this fun event. Keep in mind that we need to feed the entire school, so any contributions of food dishes are greatly appreciated. At this early stage of planning, we do not need to know what you plan to bring—we are simply trying to gauge whether we have enough parent volunteers to provide food. Thank you in advance.
