Statement of Purpose
The Advanced Placement® Program (AP) from the College Board, enables willing and academically prepared students to pursue college-level studies while still in high school. AP courses are available in seven subject categories and courses are modeled on a comparable introductory college course in the subject. Each course culminates in a standardized college-level assessment, or AP Exam.
Cape Cod Academy (CCA) is proud to offer AP courses. These courses are reserved for students who are genuinely interested in the subject area and are ready for the rigors of the college classroom. Student enrollment and interest play a role in determining which courses are offered by the school each academic year.
Cape Cod Academy is one of the only independent, co-educational, college preparatory schools serving students from kindergarten to grade 12 on Cape Cod.
